چکیده

Abstract Background: Medicinal plants exhibit significant effects on broiler physiology and production. This trial aimed to evaluate the of dietary supplementation with an aqueous or cyclodextrin extract derived from a mixture Origanum vulgare L., Camelina sativa L. Crantz , Crithmum maritimum Allium sativum at level 0.1% per kg dry matter (DM) growth performance, welfare, meat chemical composition, oxidative stability. Results: Cyclodextrin treated group presented significantly higher final body weight, while feed intake FCR were unaffected by treatments. Both groups had lower pododermatitis score compared control group. Additionally, both treatment increased thigh protein content fat content, likewise color was also positively affected Supplementation broilers diet resulted in ?n-3 fatty acids ?n-6 increase. The PUFA/SFA H/H ratios supplemented Conclusion: application extracts yielded positive results supported status chicken meat.

The effects of dietary supplemental guanidinoacetic acid (GAA) on performance, biochemical indices and meat pH of broilers with cold-induced ascites were studied. A total of 640 day-old male broiler chicks (Cobb 500) were assigned to four dietary treatments including control diet; control diet supplemented with either 0.6, 1.2 or 1.8 g of GAA per kg of feed. Each treatment was replicated in 8 b...
